Leopard is definitely a Neutral

Hey Readers . . . WOW, has this week been crazy, or what?!

Midterms have taken over my life. Spring break can’t come soon enough. Sadly, I’m not traveling this spring, but I am starting a new job that I am so completely pumped about. God really does have a plan & it’s playing out before my eyes. It’s crazy how things happen.

Although the official start of spring is Monday, it still feels nothing like it–still freezing. Looks like we have 1 more day for that to turn around. (Thx, Chicago weather!) I’ve been so excited to wear all my warm weather clothing, I’ve been stocking up for months now! All the stores have shorts, skirts, dresses, rompers, etc. displayed. It’s so hard not to start buying! For example, this outfit. I am SOO IN LOVE with it. This weather needs to turn around fast so I can finally get some use out of it. I’m sick of sweaters + coats + scarves + boots. Bring it on sandals and shorts, I’m ready for yah!

So as far as I’m concerned, leopard print is a neutral. Some hate it, some love it; it’s pretty obvious what my take on it is. Adding this print to a simple #ootd is such an easy way to spice things up. It’s a timeless pattern for both fancier occasions or super casual bumming around days. In my eyes, it pretty much makes the outfit.

This leopard skirt is the perfect piece for spring. Of course, I paired it with a basic pink-T because well..duh, pink is amazing. I added a choker to make the look a tad more edgy. I can’t wait to wear the skirt with crop tops, too.

On a different note, these sunglasses are my new FAVE, & also note they’re on sale for $7!

Hope you love this look as much as I do!
